ABOUT OUR DIRECTOR

Since our start in 2015, our Director, Erin Marino, has provided a pathway for dancers to build a solid foundation in Los Angeles and jumpstart their careers within the dance industry. Erin started her educational journey in the Los Angeles dance community by creating and directing The Debbie Reynolds Scholarship Program at Debbie Reynolds Studio. Since then, she helped build TMilly Studio alongside owner, Tim Milgram, served four years as Director of Education and Producer of Events for McDonald Selznick Associates (MSA) in Los Angeles and New York, and now works solely as the Director and Producer of LA Establishment events and programming. All curriculum for LA Establishment programming is thoughtfully crafted using her extensive knowledge from her career in dance, choreography, education, production and as an agent, while keeping in mind the current needs of the entertainment industry and dance community.

ALUMNI

There’s nothing better than knowing we played a part in artists achieving their dreams. Alumni from our programs have gone on to tour and perform with artists such as Beyonce, Megan Thee Stallion, THE WEEKEND, Doja Cat, Pharrell, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Quavo, Dua Lipa, Camila Cabello, Anderson Paak, Lizzo, Halsey, Katy Perry, Janelle Monae, Gwen Stefani, Saweetie, and FloRida, as well as dance in commercials and on industrials for brands such as Target, Disney, Pepsi, BEST BUY, Lululemon, Reebok and Adidas and on major network television shows and events including the Oscars, the AMA’s, the Grammy's, the Primetime Emmy Awards, the MTV Movie Awards, the Latin AMA’s, the BET Awards, Encanto Live, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Rose Parade, and Hairspray Live on NBC. Others have gone on to work in education, fitness, choreography, and production support. Proof that training in the arts has no bounds- it’s only the beginning.
